1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using mind.money (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

mind.money is operated by MIND MONEY LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Description of Service

mind.money provides a personal data vault service ("SecureVault") that allows users to:

  • Store personal information securely
  • Share data selectively with connected third-party services
  • Access travel booking, insurance comparison, and subscription management services
  • Process payments through regulated payment partners

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

4. Data Storage and Privacy

Your data stored in SecureVault is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. We do not have access to your unencrypted data. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

You retain ownership of all data you store in SecureVault. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

mind.money integrates with third-party service providers including:

  • Travel Services: Powered by Skyscanner API. Flight and travel data is provided by Skyscanner and is subject to their terms of service.
  • Payment Services: Payments are processed by Currency Clear, an FCA-registered Electronic Money Institution (FRN: [Registration Number]).
  • Insurance Comparison: Insurance quotes are provided by authorised insurance intermediaries.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

6. Travel Data Attribution

Flight search functionality is powered by Skyscanner. Travel data, pricing, and availability are provided by Skyscanner's network of partners and are subject to change without notice. mind.money acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing or availability shown.

When you book travel through our Service, you are entering into a direct contractual relationship with the travel provider (airline, hotel, etc.), not with mind.money.

7. Payment Services

Payment services are provided in partnership with Currency Clear, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an Electronic Money Institution.

Your funds are safeguarded in accordance with the Electronic Money Regulations 2011. Currency Clear is responsible for the execution of payment transactions.

8. Fees and Charges

The SecureVault service is provided free of charge for basic usage. Premium features may be subject to subscription fees, which will be clearly communicated before you commit.

Third-party services accessed through mind.money may have their own fees and charges, which are the responsibility of the user.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Store false or misleading identity information
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MIND MONEY LIMITED and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-party trademarks, including Skyscanner, are the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mind.money shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of travel data, insurance quotes, or other third-party information displayed through the Service.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
